All orders are shipped to you within 48 hours. In the rare case that we are out of stock of an item we will contact you via email to let you know. In many cases the item may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer in order to get the product to you quickly. I know how it is when you want to get started on a project! Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided a tracking number. There is a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping most orders. Needlework frames and magnifying lamps will incur additional shipping charges due to their weight.
We accept returns only on unopened needlepoint threads and accessories within 30 days of purchase with prior consent from needleartsofgeorgetown.com. Please email us about problems with your order so we may fix it. Needlework designs are copyrighted so we do not accept returns on canvases or patterns. This is to protect the designers, without whom we would not have beautiful needlework designs to enjoy.
